Who's Behind BT Fitness
Meet Ben Tuia! Ben is an NASM certified personal trainer with an emphasis in Performance Enhancement Specialist. He has over 20 years of experience. He can individualize your workouts based on your health and fitness goals. This includes general health, weight loss, sport specific programs and disease management programs for diabetes, hypertension and osteoporosis. Ben has also worked with joint rehabilitation clients as well.
Ben loves meeting and working with people. His mission is to help people reach their full health and fitness potential while having fun learning. He currently trains in San Francisco, Palo Alto, Livermore, San Leandro and Fremont.
